Join me for a day exploring some of the most powerful and poignant sites of the First World War. We’ll visit key locations such as the Pozières Memorial and Tank Memorial, the enormous Lochnagar Crater, Thiepval Memorial to the Missing, and the Ulster Tower. Walk the preserved trenches at Newfoundland Park, and reflect in the quiet of the Sunken Lane, made famous by the 1916 footage of troops preparing to go over the top.
