This was a Christmas gift for me and I could not have chosen better. The tour was of the Ypres battlefield and cemeteries and was quite outstanding. Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and engaging guide and, while she excellently covered the military aspects, she really brought the history to life with her knowledge of the human stories that were so powerful. The tour lasted over three hours but seemed to go so much quicker; I’d have happily doubled the time.
I can not recommend her tour highly enough; I have both a BA and an M.Phil in history but realised how lacking my knowledge is after Kim’s tour. Quite outstanding.
